Services

Seattle Dent & Detail provides mobile paintless dent repair, auto detailing, and paint correction services. All services are performed at the customer's location within our designated service area.

Booking & Cancellation

• Appointments can be booked via text, phone, or our website contact form
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is provided upfront and is all-inclusive unless otherwise noted
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments
• Prices are subject to change without notice for new bookings

Vehicle Access & Safety

• The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicle
• The customer should remove all personal valuables before service
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle
• We will not operate vehicles unless necessary for service, and only with the customer's permission

Warranty & Liability

• We stand behind our work and will address any service defects reported within 24 hours
• Paintless dent repair results depend on the characteristics of each dent; we cannot guarantee complete removal of all dents
• Paint correction results vary based on paint condition, clear coat thickness, and original factory finish
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

Limitation of Liability

Seattle Dent & Detail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from our services.

Service Agreement Terms

By booking a service with Seattle Dent & Detail, you enter into a service agreement governed by these terms. The agreement begins when you submit a service request and is finalized upon our confirmation of the appointment.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle, including its make, model, year, and current condition. Failure to disclose pre-existing damage or vehicle conditions that could affect service outcomes may void any applicable satisfaction guarantees. Our technicians will perform a visual assessment upon arrival and may adjust the scope of work if unforeseen conditions are discovered.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that, in our sole judgment, presents unsafe working conditions, including but not limited to: biohazards, hazardous materials, animals left unattended in the vehicle, or vehicles in a state that would pose a risk to our technicians. In such cases, a nominal trip fee may apply.

Both parties agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith communication first. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Seattle Dent & Detail regarding the services provided and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
