Services
Seattle Dent & Detail provides mobile paintless dent repair, auto detailing, and paint correction services. All services are performed at the customer's location within our designated service area.
Booking & Cancellation
- Appointments can be booked via text, phone, or our website contact form
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a fee
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control
Pricing & Payment
- Pricing is provided upfront and is all-inclusive unless otherwise noted
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments
- Prices are subject to change without notice for new bookings
Vehicle Access & Safety
- The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicle
- The customer should remove all personal valuables before service
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle
- We will not operate vehicles unless necessary for service, and only with the customer's permission
Warranty & Liability
- We stand behind our work and will address any service defects reported within 24 hours
- Paintless dent repair results depend on the characteristics of each dent; we cannot guarantee complete removal of all dents
- Paint correction results vary based on paint condition, clear coat thickness, and original factory finish
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
Limitation of Liability
Seattle Dent & Detail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
