Do I need to be present during service? No. Many customers leave their keys with us and go about their day. We just need access to your vehicle and, for detailing, access to water and power.

What are your business hours? We're open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on Sunday.

Pricing Questions
Do you charge extra for mobile service? No. All our prices include mobile service. There are no travel fees or surcharges within our service area.
How do I pay? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. Payment is collected after service completion.
Do you offer discounts for multiple vehicles? Yes. We offer fleet pricing for businesses with 3+ vehicles. Contact us for a custom quote.
Service Questions
How long does a detailing appointment take? Express details take 1-2 hours, full details 3-4 hours, and premium details 5-7 hours depending on vehicle size and condition.
Will paintless dent repair work on any dent? PDR works best on dents where the paint is still intact. If the paint is chipped or cracked, traditional body repair may be needed. We'll assess your dent and advise.
How long does paint correction last? With proper care, paint correction is permanent (defects are removed, not filled). Ceramic coatings last 2-5 years depending on the package.
Can you work on any vehicle type? Yes. We service cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and motorcycles. Some services and pricing may vary for larger vehicles like RVs and commercial trucks.
Booking Questions
How far in advance do I need to book? Same-day booking is often available. For best availability, we recommend booking 1-2 days in advance.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? No problem. Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your appointment at no charge.
Do you work on weekends? Yes, we offer Saturday appointments from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
